How tuition and aid work
The school gives its figures at a visit, so you never read an old one.
Tuition is set by the year and by the grade band a student is in. Books and supplies, the uniform, field trips and after care are billed apart. The figures are given at every visit.

Registration
A family pays an application fee when it applies, which covers reading the application and meeting the student. After an offer there is an enrollment fee that holds the place.
Application: when a family applies
Enrollment: when an offer is accepted
Holding a place
A place is held when the family signs the enrollment agreement and makes the first payment, which goes toward tuition. Families have until mid-April to answer an offer. If a class is full, the office keeps a waitlist and calls families in the order they joined.

Billing
Tuition is billed by the year, by the term or by the month, whichever the family chooses. Autopay is set up with the office, who will go over it with you before the first bill.

Help with tuition
Financial aid is available; here is how to apply. After you submit an application, the office sends an aid form, and a small committee reads each one and answers when admissions decisions go out. Some families pay with a state scholarship. Tell the office which program yours is, and the school will tell you whether it takes it this year and what its part of the form is.

Siblings
Brothers and sisters are read in the same season so a family hears about everyone at once.
Withdrawing
We ask for notice in writing before a student leaves, and the office will tell you what happens to a term in progress. If your plans change, talk to the principal first.
